CSSIC's Mission

"Canada is facing a semiconductor talent crisis: 70% of our Canadian-operating firms plan to at least double in size over the next five years but cite talent as their #1 barrier to growth. Believing that change starts at the educational level, the Canadian Student Semiconductor Industry Conference (CSSIC) is dedicated to bridging the semiconductor talent gap by showcasing domestic career pathways, directly connecting industry leaders with emerging talent, and influencing education to adopt curriculums with modern and in-demand skills."
